We are a family run catering business that specialises in Greek style BBQ spit roasts. 


When my farther migrated from Greece, his first job was in a fish and chips shop in Botany. Moving away from fish shop, he went on to further develop his skills by doing what was similar back home in Greece..... Cooking on a rotisserie! 


Chicken shops it was.... Louie would acquire run down chicken shops, clean them up and boost them up over the years. Developing strong relationships with his customers, our retail clients requested a more personalised service and cater on site. 


Our first job was in the Sutherland Shire.... All spits loaded up and ready to party...... and cook of course! 


We developed a passion for on site catering, so we are 100% focused on mobile spit roast catering in Sydney.


Greek Food...........


My mother.... Penny........ Coming from a family of bakers.... A very passionate and fussy lady who is all about flavour. Don't mess with her in the kitchen. 


Aside from the spit roasts which is the main driver of our business, my mother will make hand made Greek food that will blow your mind away!

Lamb On The Spit



The Kontosouvli is marinated, slow cooked meat pieces at about 120-150 grams per piece.  Our options are chicken thigh, pork neck, pork belly & lamb loin. This item is cooked on the rotisserie for 2 hours.
