Located in Sydney. We are a family run catering business that specialises in Greek style BBQ spit roasts.

Brief Bio About Our Family

When my father migrated from Greece, his first job was in a fish and chips shop in Botany. Moving away from the fish shop, he went on to further develop his skills by doing what was similar back home in Greece..... Cooking on a spit! 


Our first on-site spit roast catering job was in the Sutherland Shire... All spits loaded up and ready to party...... and cook of course! Since then, we developed a passion for on-site catering, so we are 100% focused on mobile spit roast catering in Sydney.


My mother (Penny) is the driver for traditional Greek Food...........Coming from a family of bakers, Penny is a very passionate and fussy lady who is all about flavor.

Lamb On The Spit



The Kontosouvli is marinated, slow cooked meat pieces at about 120-150 grams per piece.  Our options are chicken thigh, pork neck, pork belly & lamb loin. This item is cooked on the rotisserie for 2 hours.
